Since 1978 Michel Van Tricht has been ripening some of the best cheeses in Antwerp. His incredible passion and drive soon brought people from all over Belgium and The Netherlands to his shop. Our cheeses are also appreciated further afield – The Wall Street Journal confirmed this by electing Cheese Affineurs Van Tricht the top cheese shop in Europe.
In 2001 Michel’s son Frederic joined the team. He is currently working on the international promotion of our cheeses.
